It means that regardless of the final selling price, our sales commission is fixed at $4,888.

Property Management

Golden Key’s property management service level is customisable, thus, the fees is negotiable!
The only thing we don’t negotiate is the high quality services we promise and provide to you!
We make sure that all our endorsed repairer and maintenance contractors are fully qualified, all the quotations and invoices are properly documented and provide to you in a timely fashion; collecting rent from tenants and preparing account statement for you; property inspections and follow-up with tenants;
